Leader of the Referee Training and Evaluation Team
•Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, and monitors the implementation of the team's plan based on the strategic plan of the Directorate;
•Prepares a team plan performance report, evaluates it together with experts, and submits it to the Directorate;
•Prepares an annual judicial performance evaluation plan for judges, prepares evaluation points and standards together with the Director, conducts the evaluation together with experts, organizes the evaluation results and submits them to the Directorate;
•Identifies legal interpretation gaps, procedural gaps, and other ethical gaps identified in the evaluation of judges and submits them to the Director;
•Identifies training needs by conducting studies on the judicial service performance of judges and notifying the Director;
•Planning trainings, budgeting for training, ensuring their implementation, and reporting the results of their implementation to the Director;
