.- Monitors and supports the implementation of work in accordance with the case flow management guidelines, and ensures that work is carried out in accordance with the guidelines. - Maintains and manages information based on the movement of cases from the date of opening the file to the date of resolution. - Measures the level of performance by using performance indicators to inform the relevant body about the completion of the case process and the resolution time limit.
