•Monitors and ensures that the necessary manpower, resources and equipment for the divisional courts and the work of the courts and the judges are available at the appropriate time and place, •Provides a language interpreter when requested in each court, as ordered, •Develops a service delivery system, monitors its effectiveness, •Monitors that the service staff perform their work in accordance with the specified time and instructions, •Resolves complaints submitted by clients, reports any issues beyond their control to the immediate supervisor, •Prepares and submits a report to the supervisor on the work performed and any problems encountered in the service,
