Hearing Service Team Leader

  • Prepares the annual plan of the team, evaluates its performance,
  • Manages, supervises, and coordinates the staff on duty,
  • Evaluates the performance of employees, encourages effective employees, identifies employees with capacity gaps and provides them with special support,
  • Ensures that there is a convenient operating process by identifying and studying the problems of the team's operation, and ensures its implementation,
  • Prepares a periodic plan performance report and submits it to the head,
  • Monitors and ensures that the human resources, resources, and equipment needed for court work and judges are provided in a timely and quality manner;
  • Provides interpreters for each court session when requested, as ordered;
  • Establishes a service delivery system, monitors its effectiveness;
  • Monitors the performance of service employees in accordance with the specified time and instructions;
  • Resolves complaints submitted by users, and promptly reports any problems that are beyond their capacity;
  • Prepares and submits a report to the manager about the work performed and any problems encountered in the service.
  • Conducts a study to improve the service by identifying problems encountered in the service, and makes the necessary adjustments based on the findings;
  • Proposes and implements operational methods that can provide enhanced hearing services, when approved;
  • Enforces and ensures that rules and regulations issued by law, government, and courts are implemented;
