Ad-hoc Committee

  •  The city council, whenever it is necessary, can form ad-hoc committee.
  • The ad-hoc committee’s powers and functions shall be determined by the City Council.
  • The ad-hoc committee shall be accountable to the City Council.
  • The number of the ad-hoc committee member shall be determined by the Council, it shall have Chair person, vise Chair person and Secretary.
  • The ad-hoc committee can set its own guidelines.
  • The ad-hoc committee will phase out after the completion of its mission.
